Monnie Holmes started Cream City Recruiters, LLC, in 2011. As CEO of the Milwaukee-based professional services business, she is responsible for all operations, including talent acquisition and client relations as well as the agency’s long-term vision. Monnie Holmes is particularly involved with the development of effective growth strategies in the competitive recruiting sector.

Acquiring her bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Monnie Holmes developed a foundational knowledge of marketing, management, and finance. Apart from her business activities, she is a member of the Vagabond Ski and Social Club.
